Công ty ITCAN Pte headquarter làm về lĩnh vực công nghệ cần tuyển Customer Support Analyst
Job description:
• Understand client policies and guidelines
• Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures
• Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
• Interface effectively with other internal and Client teams
Requirements:
• Excellent native-level written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese.
• Good in Vietnamese culture.
• Fresh graduates or with experience in customer support.
• Basic communication in English is a must as trainings will be in English
• Able to relocate Malaysia in 1 month after signing contract.
• 1 year renewable contract and we will pay for flight ticket from to KL and 2 weeks accommodation. We will guide them in settling down in KL.

• Salary: RM3250 + OT + Shift Allowances (night shift is required) ~ (up to $1000usd)
• 12 days annual leaves + 14 days medical leave.
